My pre-sales experience and sales experience was good. I have no complaints there. But during the process after the sales completed, I had an issue getting my credit checked. I had to unlock my credit even though I already had a loan approved with my bank. There was an issue still checking my credit. My only complaint there is that finance did not get back to me on whether that was done or not. I had to keep calling in. Other than that everything else is good.

Wondries reputation for customer service and support from sales to service goes without question. Todd listened to what I thought my car might need, but he had his mechanics check and verify everything. The mechanic/technician kept me updated as to what is needed with a projected cost and for me to verify what I would like to have done. The only thing I dislike is the 3% surcharge imposed by the credit card companies when paying. Who carry $1000 in cash let alone trying to get the cash on a Saturday at 4:00 pm? Loyal customers should be getting a 20% discount on ...

Wonderies Toyota has been my go-to service department for over 20 years. They’re fast, friendly, and their location is super convenient. If you aren’t waiting in their comfortable and refreshed waiting area, there are a number of food spots within walking distance. Gordon was my service advisor and he was great to work with and kept me posted on my service status.

Good service, I got there at 5-pm and the cashier was just closing and ask me politely. She asked me to go to one of your service check in guys. The big fat dude at the end was too busy on his phone to help me as I waited patiently. I could see he wasn’t in any hurry to help, so I asked a couple of other guys and they were more than willing to help and apologizing.

I've always felt confident about your service because you did what was needed and not extraneous unnecessary work. I am giving the car to a grandson and will encourage him to come here.

Manager service name David is not respectful to me as a customer. He's attitude is very bad, feeling like a boss when in fact he is just an employee, not self-aware and no humility. Not keeping his promise to meet and show CCTV footage regarding the truth of whether my car was serviced or not, he had promised to meet on Saturday, March 22, 2025 but there was no information at all to me. I hope this news reaches the Toyota head office. I am very disappointed with the service and actions of Wondries Toyota.
