Helpful and courteous. Service can be slow during busy times (can wait up to 45 min. after appointment time to be checked in, and diagnosis can take 5 hours). Been a customer over 30 years and keep going back. Not a bargain place, but reliable and trustworthy.

Thank you Kanika Khiev and Wondries. Arrived for my FJ's scheduled maintenance and Kanika Khiev greeted me. I explained the purpose of my visit and concerns I had about the possible need for various fluid changes and wheel rebalancing (minor steering wheel shaking at 60-65mph). Kanika later text me with the findings and recommendations of the mechanic, some fluids needed to be changed and others were fine. The tires needed rebalanced. Perfect! My only surprise was the FJ needed less worked done than I anticipated. Cool!

This was my first visit to this dealership and it was a pleasant experience. The service manager, Liz, was friendly and courteous. The maintenance service was completed quite fast. The technician, Steven, delivered vehicle and mentioned that everything was good and emphasized doing the regular maintenance to keep it that way. Very nice team.

I took my vehicle in for service today. It was quick. Customer Service was Good. All Covid prevention guidelines were in place. They even used plastic to cover my seat, steering wheel and gear shift. They promptly removed it before I entered my vehicle.

None compare to the quality, friendliness and non-salesy nature of Wondries Toyota in Alhambra. I consider them so good I still drive to them from San Gabriel, even though they are twice the distance from my closest dealership in Pasadena. Now I bring my wife’s 2009 Prius here too...
